Multiple peptide synthesizer Discovery-12
Discovery-12 is a fully automated 12-reactor patented peptide synthesizer capable of preparing multiple peptides at the same time. Each reactor can run independently with different scale and protocols. The instrument can operate nonstop as long as there is a sequence available; sequences can be added and removed without interrupting to the instrument operation.

- Consistently produces uniform, high quality peptides from reactor to reactor and run to run.
- Each reaction vessel has dedicated pre-activation vessel for more efficient coupling.
- Utilizes common coupling reagents such as HBTU, HATU, PyBOP, DIC/HOBt, and bulk AA solutions with up to 0.5 mmol concentration.
- Produces high quality peptides on any scale from 0.05 to 1.0 mmoles per reactor.
- Performs any Fmoc chemistry with or without pre-activation.
- Utilizes 20 – 100 ml glass reactors with removable filters.
- Gentle but efficient Nitrogen mixing thoroughly mixes resin and reagents while preserving the integrity of the resin beads.
Flexible Windows 7 based software does not require knowledge of peptide chemistry. A user can import sequences from USB, select standard protocols of different scales or develop custom protocols, assign protocols to the sequences and sequences to reaction vessels.
